1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by American Prescription Drugs (the “Sponsor”), operator of americanprescriptiondrugs.com. All questions regarding these Official Rules should be directed to contact@mail.americanprescriptiondrugs.com.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible.
The Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on the date entry first becomes available on the Sponsor's website and continues until the Sponsor announces its close (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, submit your email address through any of the giveaway entry forms on americanprescriptiondrugs.com during the Giveaway Period. Providing a first name is optional and does not affect your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Giveaway. Submitting the same email address more than once will not create additional entries and will not improve your chances of winning. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries using fraudulent, disposable, or multiple email addresses, are void and will be disqualified.
By entering, you consent to receive email from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, and unsubscribing after entry will not remove your entry from the drawing.
5. Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without providing an email address through the website, send a postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth to the Sponsor by requesting the current mailing address at contact@mail.americanprescriptiondrugs.com. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Giveaway Period and are limited to one (1) per person. Mail-in entrants receive the same chance of winning as online entrants.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 Amazon Gift Card.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD. The total ARV of all prizes available in this Giveaway is $500 USD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Gift card use is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer.
Amazon is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or otherwise connected to this Giveaway.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
The winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the date the notification is sent. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor may require the winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release before the prize is awarded.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated here as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is released, and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.
9. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is collected by the Sponsor and used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Email addresses collected through the Giveaway are stored and processed using Email Bump, the Sponsor's email service provider, and are used to administer the Giveaway and to send marketing email from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or undeliverable entries or email; for technical, hardware, software, or network malfunctions; or for any injury or damage to any person's computer or device related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants and the Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the Sponsor is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. Not a Medical Promotion

14. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a request to contact@mail.americanprescriptiondrugs.com within thirty (30) days after the close of the Giveaway Period.
