GoodRx publishes what the introductory rate covers, what the next tier costs, and when each offer expires. It is the only source that states the Wegovy pen goes to $349 after the first two fills — a number Novo Nordisk's own pages leave out. Publishing the figure that makes your headline look worse is rare, and it is the main reason this review rates as highly as it does.

It is the only provider we reviewed that publishes the Wegovy pen rate after the introductory period — $349 — a figure the manufacturer's own pages omit. That single disclosure is worth more to a prospective patient than most of the marketing on competing sites.
The rest of the offering is sensible rather than remarkable. $39/month for unlimited care during titration is fair, FDA-approved-only is a defensible position, and carrying both manufacturers' products under one roof is genuinely useful if your prescriber changes molecules.
Two caveats matter. The real monthly cost is $39 plus a medication price that runs from $149 to $488 depending on drug and dose, so the cheap headline is about access rather than treatment.
